Lead multiple concurrent, complex projects from award through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Own project financial performance, including budgeting, cost coding, committed costs, forecasting, WIP inputs, progress billing, margin protection, and corrective actions for variances.

Develop and manage project plans, baseline schedules, procurement strategies, project controls, reporting, document control, and recovery plans when schedule or performance issues arise.

Proactively identify project and systemic risks, constraints, and potential disruptions, implementing mitigation strategies to prevent delays, cost overruns, and operational impacts.

Lead procurement, subcontract administration, change management, and complex negotiations related to scope, schedule, cost, claims, and contract requirements.

Manage project coordination and stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants, municipalities, subcontractors, field leadership, and internal teams, including sequencing, logistics, restoration, and traffic management.

Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Coordinators and Junior Project Managers, review and challenge project plans, and contribute to continuous improvement, lessons learned, best practices, and standardized project management tools.

Lead project closeout, including substantial performance documentation, deficiencies, as-builts, O&M manuals, final accounts, warranty items, and post-project reviews, while adhering to company policies and completing other assigned duties.
