Blacks Bridge

Project scope included removal of 40M existing truss bridge including demolition of existing concrete deck and substructure. Installation of RSS Walls, piles and new integral abutment steel girder bridge. Reconstruction and grade raise of road completed with new storm sewer system, cofferdam and dewatering installation, environmental and embankment improvements, new parking lot and paving. The new steel girder were fabricated and erected by Iron Bridge and was closely followed by the construction new concrete deck, approaches and parapet walls by Sierra’s own forces.
